A Haus for women who did everything right.

Haus of WorthshipWorthy AF. Halo optional.

Learn to stop apologizing for yourself, make decisions faster, stop second-guessing your own opinion, and start doing what you actually want with your life.

The Haus Call is a free 20-minute conversation about where you are and whether the Haus fits.

Worthy AF. Halo optional. Stop saying “I'm bad at it.” Say “I'm practicing it.” Further along isn't better. It's just further along. Certainty isn't the output. Criteria are. Nobody told you to skip lunch. The signal shows up earlier than you think. You're not broken. You're interesting. Worthy AF. Halo optional. Recognizing it is the easy part. Catching it while it's happening is the work.

Why I created the Haus

I've been on both sides of this.

Who I am now, why I built a room instead of another program, and who the Haus is for. Two minutes, in my own words.

Liz asked better questions. She made room for nuance. She reminded me that I do not have to earn my value by meeting everyone else's expectations.

Merrell B.Hausmate, on the community

The Haus is the most accepting, grounded community of women that I've ever seen in one place.

Alenka K.Hausmate

My “books” are still mine, but they no longer weigh me down. 10/10 recommend.

Sabine M.Workshop facilitator, on the Why Self-Help Doesn't Work guidebook

Your worksheets helped me calm the F down and realize it's just my coping mechanisms. You've built a beautiful community.

Christa S.Hausmate

Liz is such a gifted facilitator. Honestly, that handout could be a three-month program.

The Worthy AF Method

You can see it happening. Here's how you stop it.

Most self-development gives you one insight and calls it finished. This loop runs under every session, so last month's insight shows up in how you handle this month's decision.

1

Notice

Catch it while it's actually happening, not three days later in a journal. Your jaw, your shoulders, your handwriting getting smaller.

2

Ask

What has this been protecting you from, and is it still serving you?

3

Act

Take the smallest real version of the different choice. Send the email after one read.

4

Repeat

Do it again, until the new evidence outweighs the old story.

The Pattern Read · free

You already know what you're doing. This names why you can't stop.

A few honest questions about the part of your life that's loudest right now. You get the pattern running it, what's underneath, and one thing to try before Friday.

Free. About three minutes.

Work with Liz

Three ways in. Pick the one you're ready for.

Most women leave a workshop with a real insight and slide back into the old pattern within two weeks. The Haus exists for that part. Not sure which door is yours? That's what the Haus Call is for.

Hausmates

A specific room, led by a specific woman. High Tea, our live group coaching, meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday with the same women, so what you figure out is still there next week.

In their words

The moment it clicked.

She had this way of asking me the right questions that got me recognizing all of these little mental blocks that were invisible to me until she came on the scene. She has this awesome capability of seeing through all of the fluff and getting down to what actually matters.
Ginger Pennington
She helped me realize I don't have to think of goals in an all or nothing mentality. We set reachable goals that suit my ambitions, while allowing me to have a life.
Taylor Dejka
It does not just make you feel better for a moment. It helps you come back to yourself.

Questions

Before you move in

Is this another fluffy self-help club?

No. No beige yoga mats, no toxic positivity, no forced group hugs. It's a room of smart women being honest about the patterns that run their lives, with a coach who asks the next question.

Is this therapy?

No. Liz is a certified life and career coach, not a therapist. Coaching here works on what's happening now and what you do next. If you're already in therapy, the Haus sits well alongside it, and Liz will tell you plainly when something belongs with a clinician.

What is High Tea?

Our live group coaching, and the heart of Hausmates. It meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month for 90 minutes, with no set theme. You bring what's actually going on, with the same women each time.

What is a Haus Call?

A free 20-minute conversation about where you are and whether the Haus fits. It isn't coaching and it isn't a sales pitch. You leave knowing your next step.

Who is it for?

Women and femme-aligned folks who did everything right, are very good at being needed, and are tired of shrinking what they actually want. If you've tried the self-help things and they faded by Thursday, you're in the right place.

Do I have to share my deep, dark secrets?

No. Share what you want, when you want. You still get the rep by listening to someone else say your private thought out loud first.

Why “Worthship”?

Because self-help started to feel like a cult, so we made our own. Worthship means revering yourself, the messy, in-progress version included, without apology.
