Hausmates · $197 a month
From I'm the bad guy to I deserve everything I want.
A monthly membership for high-functioning women who have spent years treating their own wants like an inconvenience. Twice a month you bring the real thing to High Tea, and you leave sounding like someone who believes she's allowed to have it.
The Haus Call is a free 20-minute conversation about where you are and whether the Haus fits.
Open as of November 1.

Welcome to the Haus.
A specific room, led by a specific woman. Not access to Liz's DMs. Belonging.
The guilt comes first, then the stalling
You're who people call when their life catches fire. You pick up, and you stay on the line until it's handled.
Then your own want shows up, and the first thing you feel is guilt. Like wanting it makes you selfish, or the villain in somebody else's version of events. So you talk yourself out of it before anyone else gets a chance to. You call it being realistic. You call it being considerate. It's you taking the hit so nobody else has to.
By the time you reach the actual decision, choosing is the easy half. Believing you're allowed to choose is the work.
That's what we do in here.
Who she becomes
Who you become in this room
She finally has somewhere to take it.
Every retreat gave her a real shift, then Thursday came and she was alone with it. High Tea is the room that's still there next week. Same women, same thread, no performance required.
She stops managing the weird thing and starts wearing it.
In this room, the thing she's quietly apologized for her whole life is the entry fee. She'll hear someone say her private thought out loud first, and feel relief instead of judgment.
She follows through.
Clarity was never the problem. Doing it alone was. Here, a woman who was in the room when she said it remembers, and asks whether she did the thing.
She stops being everyone's person and starts having people.
She's very good at being needed and less practiced at being known. In this room she isn't anyone's person. She's just herself.
What's included
What a month in the Haus looks like
High Tea, twice a month. Live group coaching on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday, 90 minutes each. No set theme. You bring whatever is actually live for you, with the same women every time.
Weekly prompts in the Check-in space. A question each week to keep the work moving between calls.
Your questions, answered live. Drop a question in and Liz addresses it on the next call.
A quarterly note from Liz. What she's watched shift in you, written down so you can see it too.
A real welcome. A voice memo from Liz within 48 hours of joining, and a box in the mail your first week.

Your first week
The Worthy AF box
Your first week, a box arrives in the mail: the candle, the pen, the chapstick. Small things, chosen on purpose, so the work starts before your first High Tea.
And within 48 hours of joining, a voice memo from Liz to welcome you in.
How the work runs
The method is Notice, Ask, Act.
You learn to catch what's actually happening in you and honor it instead of arguing it down, which is most of the job right there. Then you ask the question sitting underneath it. Then you move.
Most coaching jumps straight to the moving, which is why the moving never holds.
Who's running the room
I'm Liz, a certified life and career coach. My background is in corporate talent and culture, where I developed leaders through consciousness practices and presence, with curiosity doing most of the heavy lifting. Those are the same pillars that move a woman forward in her own life, which is most of the reason this room exists.
What I watched for years was capable women stalling out on things they already knew the answer to, then apologizing for having wanted them in the first place. Haus of Worthship is where I work on that directly.
In her words
What we've been talking about

First of October, so here's a check-in for the perfectionists.
The supplies are the tell. The watercolor set still in its plastic. Save this and open it again November 1st. If the plastic's still on the paint set, that's your answer.

“I'm bad at it” sounds modest. It's actually strategy.
Say it first and nobody can catch you off guard. The swap we kept coming back to: stop saying “I'm bad at it.” Say “I'm practicing it.” That weirdness in your mouth is the whole point.

Tired responds to sleep. This doesn't.
The definition I use with clients: burnout is doing a lot of things you don't actually want to be doing. Look at last week. How many of those hours would you have chosen if nobody was watching?

Five words off a list isn't values work.
Freedom from what? To do what, on which day, with whom? You can't hold a decision up against “freedom.” You can hold one up against “I need to not ask permission to leave the house at 2pm.”

Two minutes or twenty, if my mind wasn't still, it didn't count.
So most days I did zero minutes, which is some very perfectionist math. What I do now is small enough to be a little embarrassing. Three breaths. Coffee next to me.

LA's first Empowerment Market.
My first time as a vendor for my coaching and community. Dozens of conversations, a ton of new founder friends, and four giveaways to exactly the right four women. A damn great day.

What members say
It does not just make you feel better for a moment. It helps you come back to yourself.
Merrell BotelloHausmate
Elizabeth has catalogued the things I already knew about myself, but in bite-sized, workable pieces. My books are still mine, but they no longer weigh me down.
Sabine Marlowe
She had this way of asking me the right questions or prompting me in ways that got me really recognizing all of these little mental blocks that were invisible to me until she came on the scene. She's warm and funny, she is incisive.
Ginger Pennington
She truly takes the time to get to know you as an individual. She helped me realize I don't have to think of goals in an all or nothing mentality. We set reachable goals that suit my ambitions, while allowing me to have a life.

This room is for you if
- You're competent, and tired of competent being the whole personality.
- You've been holding one want for months and you've been calling that patience.
- You want to be asked a hard question more than you want to be handed a worksheet.
- You'll actually show up. The room runs on the people in it.
It isn't for you if you want someone to hand you the answer, or if what you need right now is therapy. I'm a coach, and I'll tell you plainly when something belongs with a clinician instead.
