HAUS OF WORTHSHIP PRESENTS

Hausmates Kitchen Lab

A 90-day live coaching experience for women who are done performing and ready to actually do the thing.

12 seats. July – September 2026.

You’ve done the work.

Read the books.

Taken the courses.

And yet.

You still catch yourself shrinking in the meeting. Over-explaining your decision. Saying yes when everything in you is saying no. Playing the role so convincingly that sometimes you forget which one is actually you.

It’s not that the tools don’t work. It’s that knowing something and living it are not the same thing.

The gap between them? That’s where most self-development lives. And that gap is exactly what the Kitchen Lab is built to close.

Action without intention is reaction. And that usually causes worse effects down the road.
— LIZ, HAUS FOUNDER

What is HKL?

The Kitchen Lab is not a course.

You’re not here to consume content. You’re here to use your actual life as the material.

Every 90 days, 12 women come together in a structured, high-touch group coaching experience designed around the Haus proprietary Notice–Ask–Act framework. You bring a 90-day goal (real, specific, yours). And over three months, we work on it. Together. In real time.

What the 90 days look like:

1. Monthly High Tea (Saturday) — Open to all Hausmates. Community, conversation, and the kind of connection that actually holds you. Cohort members stay on for a dedicated extension after the general session.

2.  Monthly Group Coaching Session (Wednesday) — Cohort only. Hot seat format: 4 participants per session, 20 minutes each, working live with Liz. Over 3 months, every participant gets exactly one hot seat. Real coaching. Your real life.

3.  Monthly Expert Workshop (Saturday) — Open to all Hausmates. Rotating guest experts in frameworks, embodiment, career, relationships, and more. Curated, not random.

Between sessions: a dedicated Kitchen Lab channel in the Hausmates community. This is where the work actually sticks.

This is where you can come and talk about this stuff, and no one’s gonna judge you. We’re reflections of each other.

This is for you if:

✓  You’re looking for a course to watch on your couch.

✓  You want answers handed to you.

✓  You’re not ready to be witnessed, challenged, or held accountable.

✓  You know your patterns. You can name them. But naming them hasn’t been enough to change them.

✓  You’ve been the strong one, the capable one, the one who holds everything together — and you’re tired of performing it.

✓  You carry a sense that there’s a version of yourself you haven’t fully stepped into yet, and you’re done waiting for the right moment.

✓  You want to do real work in a real room with real women who aren’t going to let you get away with staying put.

✓  You’re ready to bring a specific goal into the room and actually move it.

This is not for you if:

“I tend to say I’m fine, and someone else has to tell me I’m not, for me to go… oh. I’m not.”

Every participant gets exactly one hot seat.

Not a check-in. Not a share. A hot seat.

Twenty minutes in the chair with Liz. Your goal, your block, your specific thing, worked in real time, in front of the group. No performance. No perfecting. Just the actual version of what’s happening and what needs to shift.

The women watching learn as much as the woman in the chair. Because when someone names the thing you’ve been afraid to say out loud, it cracks something open in you too.

Over 90 days across three monthly sessions, all 12 participants rotate through. Every woman gets her seat. No one is a spectator.

“I get so much from being around other women who are inspired to talk about this stuff. This is a way to pour into each other.”

Liz Owens, haus founder

Liz Owens is a certified life and career coach and the founder of Haus of Worthship, a community built for women who are tired of the self-help conveyor belt and ready to do the actual work.

She built Haus of Worthship because she kept seeing the same thing: smart, capable, self-aware women who knew their patterns inside out and still couldn’t stop running them. The knowledge wasn’t the problem. The gap between knowing and living was the problem.

HKL is the most direct version of that work. It’s built on her proprietary Notice–Ask–Act framework and shaped by years of watching what actually creates change — not insight, but intentional action, in a room where you can’t hide.

She runs 1:1 coaching, the monthly High Tea, and every Kitchen Lab session personally. This is not a scaled program with a team behind it. It’s Liz, 12 women, and 90 days.

  • "I’ve done a lot of work on myself. I sat at the precipice of exactly this, knowing what I needed to change, but not knowing how to broach it without feeling like I had to get aggressive to be heard. This is the room where I finally started to find the words."

    —Hausmate P.

  • "I show up confident everywhere I go. People assume I have it together. And I do, but I’m also extremely emotional and extremely sensitive, and I’ve lost friendships because I never said that out loud. Being in this space, I’m learning to hold both."

    —Hausmate I.

  • "I tend to say I’m fine, and someone else has to tell me I’m not. That used to embarrass me. Now I see it as noticing in real time, which apparently I’ve been doing all along."

    —Hausmate J.

  • "I don’t have these problems! And then I realized I had done a hell of a lot of work to get here. Work that started by being in rooms where people were honest. This community is that room."

    —Hausmate B.

    • Kitchen Inventory (required): weekly check-in to keep you honest and moving

    • Ask Liz (as needed): coaching prompts when you’re stuck

  • Templates, scripts, tools, examples: the practical stuff that makes action easier.

  • You’re also included in monthly High Teas + Expert Workshops happening during your 90 days.
