Rebel’s guide to productivity: distraction edition

The Rebel's Guide to Productivity: Distractions Edition will help you understand what's going on in your brain when it comes to business, and how to leverage it to work smarter instead of harder. When you're able to focus, you can get much more done in a shorter window of time.

We'll go over:

  • Why your brain wants you to focus

  • The damage interruptions do to your focus (and your time)

  • How to create boundaries to block distractions

Please bring:

  • your curiosity

  • something to write ON

  • something to write WITH

  • something fun or pretty that you enjoy, if possible.
