Bodies, Burnout & Being Seen: A Real Talk Check-In

Pour your drink of choice, shut down the 47 tabs in your brain, and come hang on the virtual couch. 💬🍵

Haus High Tea is our monthly, members-only discussion hour where we spill the tea on real-life stuff — the messy, nuanced, in-between parts most people only say in their group chat.

Each month, we gather around one theme: Bodies, Burnout & Being Seen - A Real Talk Check-In
Structured enough to feel safe, loose enough to feel human.

What to expect:

  • 60 minutes, one theme. We start with a few prompts, then follow where the conversation naturally goes.

  • Share or just listen. Cameras on or off, talking or quiet — you choose your level.

  • No fixing, just witnessing. This isn’t an advice Olympics. It’s about being heard, asking better questions, and realizing you’re not the only one.

  • Hausmates only. No guests, no replays, no screenshots. What’s shared in High Tea stays in High Tea.

Come as you are — over it, deep in it, avoiding it, or laughing at the chaos of it all.
If the topic hits a nerve (in a “ugh, fine, I need this” way), you’re exactly who this is for.

This Month’s Theme: Bodies, Burnout & Being Seen: A Real Talk Check-In

Theme: Body image, health, and self-regard

What it’s about:
Before “summer body” nonsense kicks into high gear, a grounded conversation about health, weight, aging, burnout, and how we talk to ourselves when we look in the mirror.
